Process
We begin by scheduling an initial meeting, either in person or virtually, to discuss your project's goals, vision, and budget. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you better and understand your specific requirements.
Based on our initial consultation, we will provide you with a detailed project proposal. This proposal includes a scope of work, estimated timeline, and a breakdown of costs.
Once the proposal is accepted, we will start developing design concepts. These concepts will be presented to you for feedback and refinement.
After finalising the concept, we will move on to the design development phase. This includes detailed drawings, material selections, and a comprehensive design plan.
We will work closely with you to establish a clear and realistic budget for the project. Our team will provide guidance on cost-effective options and help you make informed decisions.
We will create detailed construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications, to guide the construction phase.
If you haven't already selected a contractor, we can assist in finding the right fit for your project through our network of trusted professional
Throughout the construction phase, our team will provide regular site visits to ensure the design is being implemented as intended. We will also address any unforeseen challenges that may arise during construction.
Once construction is complete, we will work on the final touches, such as furniture, decor, and lighting, to bring your vision to life.
After a final walkthrough and quality checks, we will officially hand over the completed project to you.
We offer ongoing support for any questions, concerns, or additional design needs you may have after project completion.
